- CUY21EDIT II는 CUY21EDIT에서 가능한 Square pulses 뿐만 아니라 decaying pulses도 가능하고, CUY21EX에서 가능한 dual pulses도 가능

즉,

1. Poration Pulses (Pp): 세포 표면에 매우 작은 holes을 만들어 electroporation

2. Driving Pulses (Pd): 세포 안에 DNA, RNA 같은 물질을 옮김 


PpOnly - CUY21EDIT II can change the polarity of the squre pulses alternately.


PpPd(+-) - CUY21EDIT II generates dual pulses with square pulses and can change the decay rate of the voltage.


PpPd(+-)Capacitor - CUY21EDIT II can change the polarity of the decaying Driving Pulses in Dual pulse mode alternately. The convert of the capacitance of the condenser enable decay rate to be changed.


ppPd(alt) - CUY21EDIT II can also change the polarity of the square Driving Pulses in Dual pulse mode alternately. The decay rate can be changed.
