- CUY21EDIT II can change the polarity of the squre pulses alternately.
- CUY21EDIT II generates dual pulses with square pulses and can change the decay rate of the voltage.
- CUY21EDIT II can change the polarity of the decaying Driving Pulses in Dual pulse mode alternately. The convert of the capacitance of the condenser enable decay rate to be changed.
- CUY21EDIT II can also change the polarity of the square Driving Pulses in Dual pulse mode alternately. The decay rate can be changed.

2-Cell embryos after electroporation
♣ Zygote Electroporation (GEEP method)
High throughput and efficient CRISPR/Cas9-based mouse genome editing by RNA electroporation to zygote.
Fgf10 gene knockout mouse by Cas9 mRNA/gRNA electroporation
Fgf10 monozygous mutant embryo have an easily detectable limbless phenotype. Electroporation of Cas9 mRNA (Cas9 Protein) and gRNA enables genome editing of Fgf10.
♣ in vitro Electroporation (culture cell electroporation)
