Collagenase Collagenase type I Natural balance of enzyme activity. Recommended for cell preparation from epithelial lung tissue, tissue of the urprarenal gland and adipose tissue.Store at 2 – 8° C. Collagenase type II With especially high activity of clostripain and trypsin. Recommended for cell preparation from liver tissue, bone tissue, cardiac tissue, thyroid gland tissue and salivary gland tissue. Store at 2 – 8° C. Collagenase type III Normal collagenase activity with a minimum of proteolytic activity. Especially recommended for breast tissue. Store at 2 – 8° C.
